I was going to move my scalix server which has around 25 active users to a more robust hardware and so I went to check for inconsistensies.
After running the command omscan -Aavfx, it reported that a serious error has occured.

What about if you run:

omcheck -s -d > check_file

then make the check_file executable and run it.

After that check for errors with omscan again.

Thanks swordfish.

I trtied to run the command but omsacn -Aavfx gives the same result.
Sending and receiving of emails are working though.

I checked my previous backup and restored it to another machine but when I run omscan I get the same error messages.

I have checked the orphan folder just now and found out that there are so many entries there.
I hope that this is recoverable.
We are to purchase the licences soon but I doubt that it would push through once they learn that there are problems with the server.
