Mails in Error Queue

Hi.

Since we upgraded to Scalix 11 we have the Problem that some Mails of two Users (one with the new Outlook Connector (11.0.1.22), one with the old Outlook Connector (10.0.0.352) will be stored in the error-queue, the users get no message that the mail could not be delivered. Can you please tell me what to do?

What version of Scalix is your server running, and what OS is on the server?

Is there actually an attachment 123.doc in the message?

Scalix Server 11.0.1.11

Is there actually an attachment 123.doc in the message?

The name of the attachment ist not 123.doc. The Name is DNI-Vertrag.doc and was shown as DNI-VE~1.DOC in the logfile

We have two more Mails in the queue and we don't know how to fix this problem.

omresub -q error

will resubmit the messages.

omshowlog -p 3 should show the errors which have happened in the past 3 mins so you can see if anything was noted.

We resubmitted the queue in the last days for some times but the messages still leave in the error queue. After that we told the senders to create new messages and we deleted the messages because we could not edit the messages or find out what is wron with them.

What can we do if it happens again?
