Problem after upgrade form 10 - 11.0.2

After the upgrade from 10 - 11.0.2 I had a problem wiht 2 users accessing SWA.

One of the users was myself so I thought I woudl try removing myself and then re addind to troubleshoot the problem.

SAC did not fully delete my account and now I cannot either add or remove my old account. SAC says "Could not retrieve information for the selected user" and if I try to delete the user it says "could not delete"

how can I delete this user from commmand line?

Hi!

If you get a result for the command:

Code: Select all

omsearch -s -v | grep lastname

Note: lastname, should be the user's lastname

Delete this user completely by running the command:

Code: Select all

omdelent -e "S=lastname"
