Shared memory error messages

Hi there,

I'm running Scalix 11.0.1 on RHEL 4.0. If I run omshowlog I get the following error messages:

WARNING Shared memory (Shared memory ) 03.01.07 17:15:21
[OM 24142] Conversion from SJIS to ISO8859_1 not found.


WARNING Shared memory (Shared memory ) 03.02.07 00:43:23
[OM 24142] Conversion from KSC5601 to ISO8859_1 not found.


Anyone have an idea what those mean and how to trobleshoot the issue?

An attempt has been made to convert data between the specified character
sets, but a suitable conversion has not been configured. Refer to the
technical documentation for more information on how to configure a
character set conversion.

How do I know which character sets need conversion and where is the technical documentation for that?

I believe these messages are spurious and will not affect the running of your system. Sorry if they appear alarmist.

The process that generates the messages is setting up data required to support pre-Scalix 11 clients and in a few releases time we will hopefully remove the need for setting up this data. In practice, those clients would never attempt conversions between Japanese and Korean charsets like SJIS and KSC5601 and a Latin Charset like ISO8859_1.
