Messages stuck in the error queue

I have a user that sent 13 emails last night from outlook and all of them ended up in the error queue in Scalix. I have tried resubmitting the messages with no luck. Each message throws the following error messages when I try to resubmit them:

If it helps any, I am running Scalix 11.0.1 on FC5. Any ideas on what I should try to get these messages sent?

I tried running omqdump as suggested when others ran into this problem. This message contains a "MAPI-1 Distribution List", RTF and XLS content files if that is helpful. It also looks like the mail was trying to be sent through the TNEF gateway to an exchange server.
