Scalix Server startet nicht / scalix server doesn't start

Hallo,

ich habe eben versucht, dass "s" folder zu verschieben, da ich auf der var partition nicht mehr viel platz habe. Ergebnis: Scalix startet nicht mehr. Ich bekomme von mehreren Diesten Fehler und in der fatal-log auf Hinweise woher es kommt. Allerdings weiß ich nun nicht wie ich die ganzen Probleme wieder rückgängig machen sollte. Habe den Ordner zwar wieder zurückkopiert aber auch das hilft nichts.
Unter der englischen ERklärung folgen omstat -a und omstat-s sowie die fatal log datei!
Ich benutze Scalix 11.0.1

Hi,
I tried to move the "S" fodler to another location, because of disk space problems . Now I have the problem that the server does't come up. I have several failures in the fatal log.
I have copied the folder back to the right location but this wouldn't gone better...
I'm using scalix 11.0.1 !

I Hope someone can help me!

Most likely the issue will be permissions. To fix it, use these commands.

omcheck -s -d > /tmp/sxfix

This will generate a shellscript which will fix all of the various permissions for all of the various files.

bash /tmp/sxfix

This will "run" the script, and correct everything for you.

Then restart Scalix. (omshut && omrc)

I tried it, it works fine, but I have the same problems... I cannot login in SAC oder WEBMAIL...

When I run omcheck -d | more

I become messages like that:

and that at every file.... can I fix this or reinstall... an new config...

I'd try doing a reinstall of Scalix, but to be honest, depending on what files are lost, this won't come back. Hopefully it's only things that aren't really relevant.

The installer will likely say that you already have Scalix installed. If that's the case, then uninstall everything, but KEEP the message store.

Then run the installer again, and install.

I'd recommend a backup before you do any of this though, but with missing files as you're seeing, the backup may or may not be useful. Still, it's better than nothing.
