Outlook message recall problems.

Hi all,
I don't think the message recall function is working on my system. I had a user try and recall an email. She got the failed email response 10+ times.
I'll do some more testing and post my results.
Can someone tell me how the recall feature works within Scalix?
Should this be posted in the Outlook connect forum?

I was able to successfully recall a message sent to another Scalix user.

Do the failed notice emails come from the remote user's client?

I just read through the "Scalix Client Deployment Guide"
I noticed:

Unsupported Features
Scalix Connect does not support:
• Journaling
• Forms
• Group by View
• Message recall
• MSN messenger integration

I understood that V10 supported this.
When was support removed?
Does Scalix believe that this is not a important feature?
The rest of the items aren't really that important, but when users see a "Recall this Mesage" after making a mistake and the feature doesn't work... users are mad. and IT looks dumb.
