I know that you are really busy. could you take the time to look in the other forums to make sure no one is asking questions and waiting on responses?
for example:
in the Scalix Connect for Microsoft Outlook The subject Titled "Scalix and activesync" was started on the 16th of this month and no one from Scalix has replied. The originator of that post, just asked today (as well as one other time I beleive) if someone would reply to his question. To date no response from the company.
