global rules

Is it possible to define global rules which should be used for
everyone?

I don't want to setup some rules, e.g. antispam, for every single
user.

What do you mean by rule, is it regarding mail redirect/forwarding or you mean to implement
anti spamming from your mail server.

If you select first options, mail redirect/forward rules can only be user specific there cannot
be global rules. If you wish to implement anti-spamming, please refer to the document
