Remote Client Interface will not restart after reboot

We have been running ver.9.4 for over a year on the same server. We did a reboot this morning and everthing came up except the "Remote Client Interface". I can select to start the service in the Admin Console but with a refresh it show it is not running.

Tried another reboot but that was no help.

Any suggestions....

What do the Scalix server logs show ?
