Error when making backup

Hi,

Our company is running a Scalix 10 Server on Suse Enterprise Server 9, and we are getting the following error message lately:

We tried reinstalling Scalix and Linux, but it had no effect.
Can anyone give us a solution or a hint to solve our problem please?

what does your full tar comand line look like? maybe this is caused b writing to some location that has a file size limit of 2 GB and you got over the limit in the meantime?
