I, too, would be desperately interested in this.
We have Scalix 10 installed, and we're using it for email and scheduling (calendar) for our business, but I am completely embarassed to say I don't understand how the backend works. At all. It's "magic."
I have tried to read the articles in the knowledge base, but I never was able to get things straight out of a book... 'Show me!' always worked much better for me.
If anyone has any tutorials they'd be willing to share, I'd love to see them!
