Recover mail

Hello, my boss called today, he had used the Horde imap client (due to proxy problems with swa). he hade flagged a mail "not deleted" and all the deleted mail in that folder dissapeared.
I did it also and the same result.

is there any way to find these mail again?
were looking in /var/opt/scalix/data, and it was a mess in there, found som mail that was possible to read but to find the "deleted" ones was impossible.

Any way to find 'm?

Maybe with somekind of Berkley DB GUI or so?

Aint there no tools to recover a whole users mail?

I'm not familiar with Horde. Can you access the mailbox with outlook/scalix connect and see the messages?

Do you have a backup?

Nope, the mails are not present in any other client.

Yes, I do a rsync of /opt/scalix every night.

I hope that was a typo. The Scalix binaries, libraries and templates are in /opt/scalix. The actual mailstore data is in /var/opt/scalix.
