Cingular Blackberry Internet Services

Has anyone been able to get Blackberry Internet Services (on Cingular) to work with Scalix? No matter what I seem to try, I cannot get Blackberry Internet Services to push/pull email from the Scalix account, just an error telling me to check my username/password.

I have no problem sending and receiving email with various IMAP clients through Scalix, and I have no problem using BIS to pull mail from other IMAP accounts.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind, it started working after leaving it alone for an hour or so.

As a kind of sidenote, I've had all sorts of problems with Blackberry Pull emails. Specifically non-deliveries and email duplications. When one purple-faced user recieved 17 copies of all emails sent in a 24 hour period I decided enough was enough. Now I just forward emails using the scalix redirect feature

sxaa --user "User Name" --redirect 098080808@example.blackberry.com --retain

NB. the --retain option can't be specified by the Rules Wizard, so you must use sxaa

This push seems to work much better than the pull. And less 2am phone calls for me (apparently Blackberries can't be switched off. )
