Jboss 4 application server replacement for tomcat 5 ?

Is it possible to replace the tomcat application server with a Jboss 4.0.4 server ?
I want to use scalix on my server where jboss is running another webapp with ejb3.

No, Scalix requires tomcat. Can you not install tomcat on the same box as well?

No, i wanted to use the tomcat within jboss.

I want to setup a test box with jboss and scalix, without an extra tomcat instance

What are the items to watch for, because jboss has extra functionality and tomcat.
