Problem with speed after update

I just updated my server from version 9.2 to version 10.0.1

The server is a dual Xeon with 2gigs of ram and plenty of hdd space running RHEL3, so I know this is not the issue. Besites, top shows it running at a 0.05 average load or less.

Since I updated last Friday night, some clients have been complaining about very very slow performance from Outlook.
Here's what I got.

I cannot find anything in the server logs.
I ran omscan and sxfixdref, no change

On the client machine. Running Office 2003 SP2 from WIndows XP SP2.
I did update the scalix client. No change. Ran a repair, no change.

When switching from one message to another, the great majority of the time (>90%) it takes 30 seconds for the new selected message to show up. And this is not "about" 30 seconds. It is exactly always +29 to -31 seconds. Always. (i figure it's a timeout somewhere?)
During this time, the client's computer dows nothing. Processes are not overly active, the system stays at 90+% idle. Ram is only 50% used.
It just waits.

I've seen this on 3 clients now.
Any idea?

You said you ran omscan. What switches did you use? I suggest -Aa.

Have you upgraded the Scalix Connect to the 10 version?
