550 Denied due to spam list

Hi,

I have instaled scalix and I'm able to send mails on the webmail interface but not to recieve mail and send from a mail client software like thunderbird or outlook express.

When I try to send a e-mail I receive this message.

550 Denied due to spam list

Some one can help me?
