problem with omrc,omshut and omstat

when i use omrc commands it shows:
omrc: Cannot open Message catalog

When I use omstat -s or a commands nothing happen

And when i use omshut command it shows:
WARNING: no message store: server assumed to be not running!

Can anyone help?

Hi,

Is this happening on a new install? If so something went wrong during your installation you will need to remove /opt/scalix /var/opt/scalix and /etc/opt/scalix directories and do the installation again.
