Web Client stops every couple of weeks

Hey all,
The web client stops working every 10 days/2 weeks. Pop3 seems ok. Running FC4 and 10.0.1. Have done an omstat -a and it shows Item Structure Server Stopped. omstat -s shows everything started or enabled. Have been running server for about 2 months but need to reboot when web mail hangs. What should I be looking for when it next hangs (which should be very soon).

Does SAC work when ths happens? It sounds like you've having a problem with Apache or Tomcat rather than Scalix. Next time this happens see if you can login to SAC. If you can't type:

ps -aef|grep httpd
ps -aef|grep tomcat

and see if they're running. If they are type:

lsof -i:80
lsof -i:8009

and post the results.
