I added a new email address. And the new user does not show up in my system contact list in outlook but it does show up in the web mail client.

I also do not have the sxadmin in my system contact list in out look but it shows up in the web client.

I have comepletly deleted the outlook profile and created a new one, added the account and it still has the same problem

Hi,

you need to run omexeccda after you added entries. Normally, this runs periodically in the background. Type omshowcda to see the current configuration, the fourth column will show you the update interval.
