New to scalix

Hi , I am a new user to scalix and linux. I have installed Linux Fedora Core4 and Scalix community edition. I am however used to the Windows way of setting up software. On the current system, which is Winroute Pro, I am able to set the pop3 server/ smtp server settings(ip address, username and password) for mail retrieval and sending email. Then every 20 minutes, Winroute will go and check to see if there are any mail on my ISP's smtp and pop servers and once delivered will distributes it to the users. Here is my question - How do I setup Scalix to do more or less the same. Please help

The standard *nix way of doing this is using fetchmail, which you probably already have installed.

Don't be put off by size of the manpage, in essence it's very simple to configure.
