Cannot login <Scalix user interface acces is disabled>

Hi,
we have a few wrinkles in the scalix function at the moment. Version 10.0.1 CE.
I am unable to log into the scalix server via SWA or Outlook.
It seemed to occur after I restarted the Scalix server while Outlook still connected (the windows client threw an exception)
Now, Outlook wont connect to Scalix - says wrong username or password.
I tried logging on via SAC and resetting the user password - still get same error.
I tried ommodu -o "Firstname Lastname" -p mypassword and it says user modified successfully, but still no access via SWA or Outlook (still says wrong username or password)
I also tried reinstalling Scalix and keeping the mailstore - still same problem

I tried to use omlogon -h 127.0.0.1 -u "Myfirst Mylast/myserver" -p mypassword
I get
Connected to myserver
Scalix user interface access is disabled
I tried logging into scalix via telnet
* OK Scalix IMAP server 10.0.1.3 ready on myserver.mydomain
10 login "Firstname Lastname" password mypassword
I get
10 NO LOGIN failure, user name or password rejected

I had a look at /var/opt/scalix/logs/fatal and at the end it has:
SERIOUS ERROR Application Li(Application Li) Sun Apr 30 23:20:03 2006 [OM.APPL 1006] Assured delivery user UniversalListener has not been configured correctly
Pid of logging process: 9457
Fetchmail still seems to be delivering mail somewhere andI would like to read it, if I can find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I've tried searching to find out what this error is referring to, but so far have found nothing useful.

The errors I'm getting in the fatal log are:

Error Occurred in UAL_INIT command error=653


and right after that

Assured delivery user UniversalListener has not been configured correctly.

This error appears to have only cropped up within the last week or so.
All services are running. Though recently the Service Router has been having problems, which I think are related to the new version of ClamAV.

I keep getting Mapper Errors. Any ideas on this would also be helpful.

To further elaborate:

We've been running Scalix Community 10 since it came out with no problems.
We were running with both SpamAssassin 3.0 and ClamAv 88.1. We're running FC4.

Recently we updated to ClamAV 88.2. Unfortunately the RPM we got was missing the clamd service and config files. Which is what caused the service router to go ballistic. That's been fixed.

I currently don't have a reason to suspect SpamAssassin.

The admin guide doesn't seem to mention anything about this Listener.
Thanks in advance for any help someone can provide.
