Permission denied to admin

Hello,

My user is set as a full admin in the admin console and is a part of every admin group. When I attempt to create a subfolder in the public folders it states:

"You do not have the necessary permission to perform this action"

Can someone tell me how I can have the necessary permission?

I was able to login as the sxadmin in webmail and create one. Is this the only way to do so? What abilities does "Full admin" in the admin console give to the individual user then?

Try adding MailBox Admin capability to your user, you can do this with the following...
