Scalix Wiki -> FAQ -> Why do some users display the name format in the Scalix address book differently from others?

If there is no mapi.cfg file in the \Windows\Scalix directory, the user may see some names in the format Firstname Lastname and others in the format Lastname, Firstname.

Users who do have a mapi.cfg will see the names as they are formatted based on the common name (CN) value.

1) To correct, copy a valid mapi.cfg to the directory \Windows\Scalix.
