Scalix Wiki -> FAQ -> Editing How can I get more information about the Scalix “om” error displayed?
The error will carry a Message Code, i.e. [OM 16094] which will be displayed with the message.
The omsolve command will display additional information on many Scalix error messages. If it does not find additional information it will just display a message telling so.
Example:
omsolve -n OM 16094
It can also be used to get a listing of all possible group codes for error messages (-l) and a list of information to be acquired before contacting Scalix support (-i).
