Remove an Existing Partnership between nodes

Postby propagandhi » Wed Nov 28, 2007 7:12 pm

Howdy People,

What is the easiest way to ensure that the partnership between two scalix nodes is removed.

I want to convert two nodes that are currently syncing together with the admin service on one of the nodes, to two standalone nodes, and I want to know what steps are required to achieve this?

Any help please?

Well, not knowing a lot about your setup I am going to make a few guesses.

1) You need to remove the dirsync agreements, if any (omdelds)
2) You need to delete the bulletin board sync agreements, if any (omdelbbsa)
3) You need to remove routes between mailnodes on the machines (omdelrt)
4) You need to install the Management Services on the slave node, then reconfigure that and the Management Agent

I guess you only want 4, but I am not sure to what extent they are linked together.
