sac and ommodu not working

Currently having issues where when trying to logon to the sac get the message

Could Not Login
Could not fetch configuration information.
Possible problem with administration server

also when trying to use ommodu in the console get this message

ommodu : [OM 8001] Someone else is currently configuring Scalix - please try again

does anyone have any ideas? has happened after we ran out of Disk Space and Scalix was shutdown uncleanly.

do a

ps -ef | grep om

and look for any configuration commands that are stuck running.

You might, for example, see a trapped ommodu process.

Kill it and try again.

I got the same error without having any visible problems to the server. I’m not sure what could have caused this, but I restarted the server and I logged in fine after that. I did this before seeing this post. Is there any way I can find out why this happened?
