one of my users keeps having the one or other problem with his account.
It started by not being able to connect through IMAP, which could be resolved by manually deleting his IMAP-cache. The problem increased and now I have to delete his IMAP-cache on a daily basis for him to be able to use it.
He normally uses Outlook with SmartCache enabled, and recently his IMAP/SWA showed different messages to his OL. We recreated his SmartCache through the option in the connector.
Now we found that the free-busy sometimes shows calendar entries when his calendar is free.
I run the ommaint script on a regular basis, no errors show up there and all the other accounts seem to work fine!
What would be the best way to scan/fix his mailbox?
