Data Folder and Old Emails

It appears the /var/opt/scalix/data directory contains some old emails that some clients have already downloaded to their computer.

Is there a scalix administrator command to clean up the directories below data?

have the mails been removed from the user's mailbox?

omtidyu -B -u "dutch" -i 0 -R

will show you all th eitems in an inbox. If they really have been downloaded and deleted, you can use omtidyu (or omtidyallu) to remove items (see the man pages for switches).

If there are no mails, it could be they are in their wastebaskets? Maybe the wastebasket (deleted items) needs to be tidied?

If all that fails, remember to run omscan on a regular basis to remove any orphans (a subject that seems to be almost exhausted on this forum :-))
