Changing outgoing email addresses for a user

Hi,

I'm sure there is a simple option somewhere but I just cannot see it :( We are running Scalix 9.4.2 CE and have a group email address of 'customerservices' which is sent onto 4 scalix users (using scalix connector in outlook). These users would like to be able to send out emails from 'customerservices' rather than username.
Is there an option for this?
