Should I do these updates. I do not need my server to become toast.

Hi,

It is generally OK (and good practice) to keep the OS up to date as the packages Scalix needs should be forward compatible. At the time of writing I am not aware of any gotchas with this but you can search this forums again just in case anything comes up.
