omloadfile need help

Can anybody tell me what the layout of the csv file for omloadfile should be.

Eg. FirstName,LastName,Email,Phone,Address

Ok this is what I got figured out so far:

It should be
Lastname,Firstname,MiddleInitial,empty,email,emailalias,
Everything after the email seems to be read as an alias. Works well creates an omloadfile.sh.out.omaddent that can be imported with “omaddent -f omloadfile.sh.out.omaddentâ€
