LOCAL DELIVERY

I am having a problem with the LOCAL DELIVERY service not starting. OMON "Local Delivery" the service will start briefly but then stop.

Any ideas?

Do a omshowlog -e after restarting Local Delivery and see if there are any errors reported there regarding it.

We found that the AV was parsing a 250MB file therefore using all available processor cycles. Removing the suspect file and changing the timeout on AV has corrected the issue.
