Scalix and Google Apps - Send through external SMTP Server

Hi All. A two Part question that it interrelated.

It's Probably Emailserver 101 but I am newish to this so the Question is:

How do I make Scalix Send out through another SMTP server?

I am primarliy thinkming about google apps at the present which uses smtp.gmail.com and ssl, but I have another site I would like to eploy Scalix on where you can only use the ISP's SMTP server.

You need to set up a smarthost.
