email stuck in a loop

I have just recently upgraded to Scalix 11.0.4.25. All is good thus far except we seem to have one email that is stuck in some kind of a loop. There are about 15 recipients of this email and they have now received 200+ copies of the same email. The sender of the email is an internal user as well as all recipientys are too.

Anyone have any ides on how to stop this email from looping?

**update** There are 24 users receiving this email every minute for the past 4 .5 hours. The email has a 1Mb attachment and is a legitmatemate email. Does anyone have any insight as to why this might be happening and how to stop it.

Solved, The email was stuck in the outbox of the user who sent it. FOr some reason it's been try for the past 5 hours now to send the email but being that it never leaves the inbox it just sends it again.
