groupmember doenst recieve groupemails

Hello Again,

we have a problem with a scalix user. It ist member of our group network.

but when I send an email to this group he does not recieve this mail. All three other members recieves the mail.

This one User also cant get Email from the Outside, but is getting internal Mails, which are send direkt to his adress.

Anybody an idea what this could be? where i can find the error?

is the group you are sending to an internal pdl, or a mailing list at an external site?

If it is a local PDL:

I would check the local delivery log first to see if the user is in the recipient list, and whether scalx thinks it is delivering the mail to him (delivered count should give a clue).
If the delivered count does not equal the number of recipients, check the fatal log and the event log (omshowlog) to see if there are any errors.

If that user in not in the distribution list, check the router log.

If it is an external mailing list, check the smtp logs to see if the recipient is listed.
