API module failing with M00005 full folder sync failed

We've just started using Scalix and I ran across the API documents so I thought I'd give it a try and see what we can do with it. For the most part, it's great. Public folders in iCal is a wonderful thing.

Unfortunately, I seem to encounter the following error message quite frequently:

M00005 full folder sync failed

Sometimes it works, but when I get this message it usually stays for hours or a day or two. I most frequently encounter this while accessing public folders, but it is not restricted to just those. I've looked in the /var/opt/tomcat/logs/scalix-api.log file and all I see is this:

2007-05-25 14:45:54,224 ERROR [RestServlet.sendError:31] M00005 full folder sync failed

I'm still very new with Scalix, so I may be missing something obvious, but I don't see it.

I've tried to find this information via google/scalixzilla/these forums/etc and I haven't run across anything of value yet.

This sounds like a known (and fixed) bug. I thought the fix was in 11.04
but my memory might be wrong on that. Check that you're running 11.04.
If you are then unfortunately you need to wait for the next release for the
fix (not long though).

My apologies - I forgot to tell you what version we're running. Yes, we're up on 11.0.4.
