Please help on amavisd

Hello,

The following is my enviroment:

FC5+scalix 11+amavisd+amavisd-milter+clamav+spamassassin

I was used yum to install amavisd, amavisd-milter and clamav, also can start those

application success, but the amavisd cannot block eicar_com test virus.... ,

the maillog dose not show amaivsd name:

Hi!

In the documentations ~ represents the instance folder that is /var/opt/scalix/??/s. Now if
you are asked to look in ~/rules, we mean look in /var/opt/scalix/??/s/rules. Note ?? is the
first and last letter of the host name for that instance.

Can anyone help me config Scalix with clamd and spamassassin, I just setup
the Scalix that cannot reveice email (maillog no any message that I can see).

After set back to default.... I can receive prior email at same time .... what the happen

is that ? I think have some file configure wrong .

I checked the ALL-ROUTES.VIR have problem at /var/opt/scalix/sx/s/rules,
if I do not use this file can send and reveice any email, the following is the
ALL-ROUTES.VIR content:

VIRUS-UNCLEANED=1 ACTION=REJECT NDN-INFO=!ndninfo.txt

also the ndninfo.txt at /var/opt/scalix/sx/s/rules.

Hi!

Make sure you have done these:
* in file ALL-ROUTES.VIR, each rule is in one line.
* in the file /etc/group, for group clamav, add scalix, the entries for clamav and scalix should
like as below:
scalix:x:101:clamav
clamav:x:102:scalix
* create file /var/opt/scalix/??/s/rules/ndninfo.txt, having a few lines indicating that mail was rejected.
* In /etc/clamd.conf, you need to make two changes,

AllowSupplementaryGroups yes
TCPAddr 192.168.103.113

Note: the value for property TCPAddr should be your Scalix Server IP address.

Once you have done these, restart clamd service, and restart Service Router using the
commands below:

omoff -wd 0 sr
omon sr

Now check if the Service Router shows status "Started" in result of the command
"omstat -s".
