I have 3 messages in my error queue, but I don't know why. I've run:
omresub -q error
followed by:
omshowlog -p 5
but I don't get any more info on them. Is there anyway to find out why these messages can't be sent?

For each message in Error queue, the reason behind it should be shown by omshowlog. To
search the Message IDs, you need to look into the audit log at ~/logs/audit. The log level
could be manipulated using the command omconfaud, check its man pages for details.

mikethebike wrote:It may be worth just having a quick look at the messages with omqdump. Look at the message at it may show you if the mail could not be delivered to a valid recipient (NON_DEL_NAME, MATCH_NAME etc).
mikethebike wrote:If that does not show anything, resubmit the messages, and then use omshowlog and dump the output to a file (far easier to look at)....omshowlog -p 5 -l 9 > /tmp/myfile
