Over the past few weeks, my Scalix partition (/var/opt/scalix) has been growing at a fairly steady rate. Back on January 1st, the partition was 53GB and has since grown almost 50% in 4 months to 76GB. At this rate, come January 1st, 2008, my partition will be almost 120GB.
Something isn't adding up here, and I'm just curious as to what's going on. If I run a 'omscan -a -A -v -o 3' and total up the TOTAL (KB) column, I get approximately 30GB. If I look at the "real" size, in my case /var/opt/scalix/ml/s/data, it comes to 65GB, which is more than twice of what omscan is returning.
Am I missing something here or just completely crazy?
Thanks!
