Server and users not showing up in SMS

Hello,

I have a multi-server setup with SMS running on one server and the others pointing to it. One server and its users is not showing up in the admin console even though email is routing and dirsync is working. Where can I start troubleshooting this issue?

Never mind...twas a hardware issue. Ended up replacing the server due to some other issues going on and all is working well.
