Hi. Since we upgraded to Scalix Server Version 11.0.11 and Scalix Outlook Connector we get a lot of Errors at the Clients.
One Problem at Windows XP an Office 2003 SP2 is that Outlook sometimes has Problems with the stored Adresses in the Outlook-Address-Book. The Error-Messages that we got are like:
"Der Adresstyp wird von diesem Dienst nicht unterstützt." or
"Ein unerwarteter Fehler ist aufgetreten. Die Gründe für den Ausfall sind unbekannt."
We deleted the "nk2"-files and we tried to uninstall the connector, delete all files and directories and reinstall the connector again but the behavior stays the same.
Can you please tell me what to do? Thank you.
