Scalix Server and Scalix Apache/Tomcat Connector

What package did you specifically download ?

The scalix-tomcat package is in software/scalix_server in the install image.

You're right, there is an rpm in there. Do I install that before running the installer?

In the installer log I am seeing this:

2006-12-13 00:48:09,395 WARNING File /root/scalix-11.0.0-RC2/software/scalix_server/scalix-tomcat-connector-11.0.0.127-1.suse101.i586.rpm is not for this platform

Which seems odd as I dl'd SuSE OSS 10.1 version.

Can you post the contents of /etc/SuSE-release ?

It's SuSE 9 Patchlevel 3. As Homer would say DOH!

Anyway, dl'd the right version and am now getting sendmail not installed dependency error. Fiddling with Yast shows that postgress is installed, so I'm assuming that I need to uninstall postfix and install sendmail. God, I hate Yast. Anyway, I'm going to give that a shot, unfortunately Yast is telling me to insert CD (how VERY M$ Linux is becoming), so that's going to have to wait untill I'm actually where the machine is. Very annoying.
