SXAA DOESN'T WORK ON MY SCALIX

Dear all

SXAA Question.

My version of scalix is 10.0.5.1.
I tried to used sxaa to forward / redirect user's email to the other user account on the server level but it doesn't work.
Both the one i get from the resource kit (older version) and the one i just downloaded from the scalix.com doesn't forword or redirect.

Command :
sxaa --user abc --forward xyz@123456.com

sxaa --user abc --redirect xyz@123456.com

Check: (already checked with )
sxaa --user abc
and
sxaa --user abc ref_no

correct rules show up for user but these rule doesn't do anything.

ANY IDEA WHY???
HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEN?
or
DOESN'T ANYONE HAS A WORKABLE VERSION OF SXAA???
