combine 2 account

Dear all

Please help

A user has 2 accounts
Now, he wants to move all data from one to another and delete the other account.
at office he uses outlook /SC
at home he uses SWA

How can i combine 2 account in server level????????????

If he wants to just do it himself, he can export everything from outlook to a .pst file, and then import it into the other account using outlook as well.
