Scalix setup and configuration

*not sure if this is the correct forum so please move if needed.

I am trying to figure out what would be the best way to setup a scalix server for use at my small company.

Our email is hosted by a webhosting company, and I don't really have the bandwidth to bring it in house.

I want to setup a scalix server for internal LAN company use. I envision using the scalix server for the calendaring features and still receiving our email from our hosting provider.

Any pointers on how to best set this up ? I am looking for info on how to configure the server as well as my outlook clients.

I don't know about your bandwidth issue, but you could setup scalix on your network with a seperate domain, and have your webmail forwarded to that domain, just use the same usernames, then add the webmail domain as your primary in Scalix, with the local network one added for each user. The outlook setup would be the same, just have the webmail domain be the primary email for the users.

Sorry if that is confusing, if you'd like it clarified, I could explain it further. (still early morning here :p)
