URGENT PLEASE HELP!! licenseing Issue

this after noon our server crashed we got it back up and running we thought.. we can log into SAC but cannot login to SWA or OLC the error prompt says our username and/or password is incorrect. the password it the same password used to loginto SAC so I know that they are good.. OL give a "Notification and search requests are disabled" message then quits... when looking through the SAC I see that is no licenseing.. is that the cause of the problems or would the licenseing that we got with the free community version simply not show up there... if that is the culpret where can a get a copy of the licensing codes... mine are in my email :) we are currently using scalix 10 on FC4 Thank you

Also.. when we run omstat -s

the two trouble some ones are remote & local client interface both say disableing...???

omreset -o off rci lci
omon rci lci
