send email with automatic text

Hello of people, sorry however my English is not so well.
I have a question. I would like, that my user, if send the email away, an automatic text comes. After the signature should standard text and for all users

if you want to add a standard text to each outgoing mail which passes sendmail a standard disclaimer/signature milterwill do the trick. one could be: http://www.ledge.co.za/software/disclaimermilter/.
