Migration of mail to Scalix

I currently have all my mail in Maildir format, from a qmail server.

Does anyone know what mail format Scalix uses, and if there is any way to convert Maildir to this?

IMAPSync is fine for IMAP - IMAP mail transfer. Unfortunately mine is currently POP3

But this program looks promising:

after that, I guess I will use IMAPSync, or the CompuSven migration software recommended by Scalix
