omscan

Every day I run the command "omscan -a".
In the output, under "Orphans found", there is approximately 700 files labeled "Container" and 1400 files labeled "Serialised File".
Today the number of files labeled "Container" is 8000 and the number of files labeled "Serialised File" is 16000.
I am running scalix 11.4.6

Is this normal ?

omscan -a doesnt do much.
from "man omscan":

       -f                  Check/Scan the area selected and fix inconsistencies found (e.g.  delete references, files, and Directories, and move orphan files and  incomplete  messages).
                           By  default  omscan  only reports these and leaves them unchanged.

Thanks a lot for you help !

I have run "omscan -a -f -x" and all these files were moved to the orphan folder.
